Orders received by 12:00 will normally be processed and shipped the same day based on product availability. If your order is received after 12:00 on Friday or a holiday, shipment occurs the following Monday or next work day.

TeqFind is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.

Shipping options:

Standard shipping service:

• Within Europe: FREE
• Rest of the world: 12,00 EUR

Express next day delivery:

• Within Europe: 25,00 EUR
• Rest of the world: 35,00 EUR

Express 2nd day delivery:

• Within Europe: 12,00 EUR
• Rest of the world: 15,00 EUR

Standard shipping service within Europe:

Orders delivered with our standard shipping service will be delivered to your address within 1 – 3 working days after dispatch depending on your country. On the shipping confirmation you will receive per e-mail you can see the estimated transit time.

Express next day delivery service within Europe:

If your shipment is urgent you can choose our Express next day delivery service where we guarantee next day delivery to most European countries. Next day delivery means that your parcel is delivered the next working day after dispatch date.

Shipment outside Europe:

For orders from outside Europe we offer both Standard and Express delivery services. The Standard service can take from 5 – 10 days after dispatch date depending of your location. Where the Express service maximum take 3 days after dispatch date no matter where you are located in the world.

Delivery time:

Please note that the delivery time connected with your chosen delivery method will count from the moment your order has left our warehouse.

Delivery Information:

TeqFind will dispatch your order with one of the following transport companies: DHL, UPS or GLS. Depending on your location and the shipment method you have chosen we will select the best suited transport company.

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the transport company will leave a message in your mailbox and a attempt a second delivery or deliver your parcel to an accesspoint, where you can pick up the parcel at your convenience.

** Important Note About Delivery Times **

All shipping methods, will be delivered on a standard business day (Monday - Friday). Delivery to remote locations may take longer than the delivery method indicates. For example, 2nd day service may take three to four days to remote locations.
