Warranty

This warranty provided by XDS B.V. (TeqFind) is subject to the conditions set forth herein.

TeqFind guarantees and tests the Product to be free from defects in material and workmanship within the limited warranty duration. During the warranty period, the Product fail issue should be under normal use in the recommended environment due to improper workmanship or materials, TeqFind will provide repair service or replace it with a comparable one.

1. The limited warranty is valid for a specific period from the date of purchase. Enclosed proof of purchase with date is required.
2. TeqFind provides replacements or repairs for customers for defective products within applicable warranty period.
3. For warranty service during the warranty period, the label, must include complete model number and serial number, and has to be provided to TeqFind.
4. Overdue warranty product, TeqFind will also repair the defective products; however, the customer will be charged for the cost of labor and parts if the defective product was returned beyond the applicable warranty period.

All above warranty policy will be restricted by the limitation of warranty.

Statutory Consumer Warranty

For all the items you buy from us, the statutory consumer guarantee applies. Statutory consumer guarantee means that a product is or does what the consumer may expect from them. Any extra/other warranty does not effect the Statutory Consumer Warranty. The limitations and durations mentioned on this page apply to this extra warranty.

Limitation of Warranty

This warranty does not apply to Product failure due to neglect, accident, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, abnormal strain, alteration, acts of nature, improper usage, abnormal electrical power condition, extremes in temperature or humidity or any problems with other force majeure issue. In addition, opening or tampering with the product casing, or any physical damage, abuse or alteration to the product’s surface, including all warranty or quality stickers, product serial or electronic numbers will also void the product warranty.

Duration of Warranty

All product series warranty will be restricted by its main body (except exterior housing, extra accessories) functions only.

A. USB Flash Drives

• All USB Flash Drive series are covered by this limited warranty for a period 60-months of from the date of original retail purchase.

B. Memory Cards

• All commercial grade Compact Flash series, memory cards series are covered by this limited warranty for a period of 60-months from the date of original retail purchase.
• The following specific memory cards are covered by this limited warranty for a period of 24-months from the date of original retail purchase, including SDHC (Class2/Class4), XD, MS, and microSD card series.

C. Readers and Accessories

• All Readers and Accessory series are covered by this limited warranty for a period of 24-months from the date of original retail purchase.

D. External Hard Disk Drives

• All external HDD series products are covered by this warranty for a period of 36-month from the date of original purchase.

E. Solid State Drives (SSD) series

• All Consumer SSD products are covered by this limited warranty for a period of 36-months from the date of original retail purchase.
• All Business SSD products are covered by this limited warranty for a period of 60-months from the date of original retail purchase.
• All Industrial SSD products are covered by this limited warranty for a period of 60-months from the date of original retail purchase

F. Industrial Products

• All Industrial & Embedded series products are covered by this warranty for a period of 60-month from the date of original purchase.

G. Right of withdrawal for products:

1. The consumer may dissolve a contract relating to the purchase of a product for a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The supplier may ask the consumer for the reason for withdrawal, but the consumer is not obliged to state their reasons.
2. The period referred to in paragraph 1 shall commence on the day after the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, has received the product, or: a. If the consumer has multiple products in a single order Ordered: the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by him, received the last product. The supplier may, if he has informed the consumer clearly in advance of the ordering process, refuse an order of multiple products with a different delivery time. B. If the delivery of a product consists of different consignments or parts: the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by him, received the last consignment or the last item; C. For regular delivery of products for a certain period of time: the date on which the consumer, or a third party designated by him, received the first product. For services and digital content not provided on a material product.
3. The consumer may disclose a service agreement and a delivery agreement for digital content not supplied on a material basis for 14 days without giving reasons. The supplier may ask the consumer for the reason for withdrawal, but the consumer is not obliged to state their reasons.
4. The period referred to in paragraph 3 shall enter the day following the conclusion of the agreement. Extended length of time for products, services and digital content not provided on a material basis by non-disclosure of withdrawal rights:

If the supplier has not provided the consumer with statutory information on the right of withdrawal or the model for revocation, the period of refusal shall expire twelve months after the end of the original period of consideration determined in accordance with the previous paragraphs of this article.
6. If the entrepreneur has provided the consumer with the information referred to in the preceding paragraph within twelve months after the date of commencement of the original retention period, the period of notice expires 14 days after the date on which the consumer has received that information.
